Terms & Conditions

Delivery
Delivery within the UK is free on all products (except KNZ Mineral Licks). Delivery on overseas orders are charged at cost. The ordering system does not calculate this charge but customers will be emailed the cost requesting confirmation of acceptance before the order is processed.

We aim to deliver within 3-10 days, if for some reason the delivery time will be longer then we will advise you of this and ask whether you wish to proceed with the order. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The VAT will be deducted from any orders placed and delivered outside the EU. Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders sent VAT free, lie with you the customer.

Returns Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Faulty goods will be replaced with an identical product or a full refund will be given if replacement is no longer available. Faulty Goods must be returned in the original packaging, in a clean condition within 10 days of receipt. We are unable to accept any soiled goods.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost.

In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and will be inspected on their return.
If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Hockham Deer Stalking Supplies you must let us know in writing or by email, quoting your order number.

Orders by Post:
If you would prefer to send an order by post please send payment with your order. We accept either Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Hockham Deer Stalking Supplies is committed to ensuring that customers using our site are protected. Customer details will be not be distributed, sold or leased to third parties. Delivery addresses may be passed on to our distributors for delivery  purposes only.
Where payment is made by any of the major credit or debit card companies the transaction is dealt with by PayPal. To make a payment you will automatically be transferred to a secure PayPal site. PayPal adheres to international PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) standards for data protection. When registering or logging in to the PayPal site to make a payment, they verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal store your personal information and ensure it's heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, they do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.
